New life in Hamada
I have a lot of memories of the beginning of 2010.
First, I caught H1N1 swine flu after the turn of the year.
I was isolated from the other students who lived in dorm. That was kind of rough.
From February, I left the dorm and started to live in flat. That was first time for me to live alone (I think many of you are so). I felt very happy because I thought I was completely-free!
I had lived in dorm for four years, including university life. I'm used and like to live with my friends, but I wanted to live with maintaining a degree of privacy.
But after starting to live alone, I had an accident.
When I was running on the road at night, I lost my footing. I couldn't see the bump because of the darkness.
My left foot's ligament tore. It took about three weeks to recover completely. That was my first ligamentous injury...
While I couldn't walk, my friends helped me with everything very well. I really thank them:)

Happy late new year!
How was the winter vacation? I think some of you went home or attended coming-of-age ceremony.
I've been working near-daily since the end of last year. And I have to work tomorrow...
Well, this song is what I'm really into these days.
London Electricity is a British band. This song is from their 6th album, Syncopated City.
This song sometimes makes me wistful and nostalgic (I don't know why :P).

I had a small party with my friends in my flat this evening. I made them all by myself!!
I cooked potato, chicken, bean sprouts, and mizuna (water greens, vegetable from Kyoto).
All ingredients are low-fat and low-cal foods:D

Yesterday
Yesterday, after the class, we had an activity of Kendai-ESC (English study club/English speaking circle).
We had 5 English-sparker guests and they talked with us. Professor K arranged invitation.
Most of them are from America and a man is from South Africa.
We really enjoyed chatting and got motivated to study English more!
I want to be to able to speak English fluently... just studying!!
